Rev. Samuel and Mrs. Patience Ehimen are co-presidents and founders and the general superintendent of Victorious Life Bible Church in Nigeria and in the United States of America.
Rev. Ehimen is a preacher, teacher, deliverance minister, a telephone counsellor, and he is the director of Go Ye Evangelistic Outreach Team.
Rev. Samuel A. Ehimen had unforgetable encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ, that led him to confess and repent from all his sins, and accepted the Lord Jesus as his personal Savior on September 20, 1973 (Jn. 3:16; 1Jn. 1:9; 2Cor. 5:17) under a ministry called Scripture Union, at Enugu in Nigeria. This by God's grace he was saved, sanctified and baptised with the Holy Ghost. There and then he started craving for God and His power - that he might be used of God. By God's divine order, Rev. Samuel Ehimen eventually answered the call of God into the ministry in 1979. In fulfilling God's injuction in 2Tim. 2:15, Rev. Samuel Ehimen has attended various Bible colleges, such as the International Bible Training Center, and Marks of Christ School of Deliverance, both in Nigeria. After pastoring for several years, preaching and teaching God's Word, Rev. Samuel Ehimen then perceived the leading of God to start a ministry. In obedience to the voice of God, he then started Victorious Life Bible Church in 1993 at Edo state in Nigeria. Today the headquarters of the church is in the U.S.A. Glory be to God, amen.
Rev. Samuel Ehimen is a young, dynamic and seasoned preacher of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. By His grace, he is an itinerant Evangelist/Pastor who has found favor of the Lord in the ministry of healing and deliverance. Many, whose cases have been written off have found solutions in the name of Jesus through his ministrations. He is a teacher of the Word of God. He is best known for his inspired, uncompromising, straightforward, undiluted teaching of God's Word. He also networks with other ministers of the gospel. He is also deeply involved in Missions to the unreached. He is also the organizer of once a month an interdenominational prayer warfare program called Operation PUSH-BATTLE at Midnight (i.e. Pray Until Something Happens. And he is internationally recognized as one of the voices of God in this end-time.

The future plan of Rev. Samuel Ehimen for Victorious Life Bible Church are :-
1. To establish churches in all nations
2. To establish and maintain orphanages' homes.
3. To establish nursing homes for the elderly.
4. To open deliverance and healing school.
5. To open video and audio tape ministry.
6. To open radio and television ministry.
7. To open tracts and printing ministry.
8. To operate charitable home.
9. To establish and maintain nursery, day-care, primary and post-primary institutions.
10. To open computer center.
11. To open group home for the disabled people.
12. To open foster care center.

Rev. Samuel A. Ehimen is married to sister Patience Ehimen. She is a gospel song singer. And they are blessed with five children. They all live in the United States of America.
