| Search The Scripture |
Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.- John 5:39 No man's education is complete if he does not know the Holy Bible. No christian believer can live the christian life to the full without an adequate grasp of the Holy Bible. No christian worker can be fully effective without a ready knowledge of the Bible. Every christian believer, worker and minister should be a specialist in the Bible. Books of men publish the thoughts of man's finite mind, but the Bible is God's revelation to mankind. The Bible has the answer to every problem in this life both for individuals and for nations. This is the only book in which God reveals His mind. 'Happy is he to whom God has given grace to read, to fear, to obey it's content. And better had they never been born who read to doubt or read to scorn'. (Sir Walter Scott). |
THE TWO MAIN PURPOSE OF THE SCRIPTURE
Genesis 1:1, Job 11:7; 37:23-24; Ecclesiastes 3:11; 8:17, Isaiah 40:28; Romans 11:34, 1Corinthians 2:16 You may put a telescope into the hands of a blind man, and bid him look at some distant star, or on some lovely landscape. He tells you he sees nothing. Well, his witness is true. So the agnostic affirms of all supernatural claims of the christian Faith, that he knows it not. His witness also is true. But if the blind goes further, and asserts, that because he sees nothing there is nothing to see, his assertion is untrue and his witness is worthless because he speaks beyond the range of his capacity. Such is the value of the natural man's opinion when he declares his mind on spiritual things. - 1Corinthians 2:9-11,14; Eph. 4:18, Micah 4:12, Acts 17:23 |
THE CENTRAL THEME OF THE HOLY BIBLE
The central theme of the Holy Bible is CHRIST and HIS REDEMPTION. Jesus is the central message of the Bible.
Christ is in the Old Testament concealed and He is in the New Testament revealed. |
PROOFS THAT THE BIBLE IS THE INSPIRED REVELATION FROM GOD

SEVEN POINTS TO REMEMBER IN READING THE HOLY BIBLE
Make the Holy Bible your constant guide and companion in life. The Bible is the word of God. It is
worthy of being believed. Breathe a prayer for the Holy Spirit to help you understand the sacred pages.
The Word of God, if neglected, will be our judge at the last day, John 12:48. |
